Ducted FCU chemical wash prices
A chemical wash of a ceiling ducted FCU (fan coil unit) with Pro Aircon Service is RM300 per unit for 1.5 to 3.5HP and RM420 per unit for 4 to 6HP. Book three or more units in one visit and every unit drops to RM260 or RM370. Prices last updated October 2026.

Standard, accessible ceiling ducted FCU units. VRV, AHU, central or hard-to-reach systems are quoted after a photo or site check.

What the chemical wash includes
- Deep cleaning of the coil, the blower fan, the filter and the drain pan with chemical agents.
- Removal of the grease, slime and mould that build up inside the unit.
- A 1-month water leaking warranty. If water drips or leaks within 30 days, we fix it free.
- Before and after photos sent to you on WhatsApp.
- No call-out fee.

What several units cost
Most shop lots and offices have more than one FCU. Take 4 units of 1.5 to 3.5HP. At the single rate that is 4 × RM300 = RM1200. At the 3 or more rate it is 4 × RM260 = RM1040, so you keep RM160. Book them for the same visit and we clean them in one go.
When to wash an FCU
- Airflow from the grilles has gone weak, or one grille is weaker than the rest.
- A musty smell comes out when the system starts.
- You see water marks on the ceiling near a grille or the unit.
- It has been more than 6 to 12 months since the last chemical wash.
We suggest a chemical wash every 6 to 12 months, and sooner if the system runs all day in a shop or office. Water near the ceiling should be checked quickly, so WhatsApp us a photo.
