General Aircon Service — RM70 (All Sizes)
Our most-booked service. A technician cleans the air filter, checks the coil, clears the drainage pan, and tests the unit's cooling performance. Flat RM70 regardless of horsepower — 1HP, 1.5HP, 2HP, or 2.5HP all cost the same.
What's included:
- Filter wash and dry
- Evaporator coil wipe-down
- Drainage pan flush
- Temperature and airflow check
- On-site condition report
Good for units serviced within the last 6 months. If the unit has been running 12+ months without a clean, we recommend a chemical wash instead.
Chemical Wash (Canvas) — From RM120
A chemical wash goes deeper than a general service. We apply a chemical solution to break down grease, mould, and mineral deposits that a basic clean can't reach. We use a canvas wrap to contain water runoff — no mess in your home.

If you book 3 or more units in one visit, each unit drops to RM100. Great for landed houses with multiple rooms.
Overhaul Service — From RM200
Full disassembly. The indoor unit is taken apart completely — fan barrel, casing, evaporator coil, drainage tray — washed individually, reassembled, and tested. Recommended for units that haven't been touched in 2+ years, or units with persistent mould, bad smell, or weak cooling even after a chemical wash.

Troubleshoot — RM80 Flat
Aircon not cold? Making noise? Tripping the breaker? Book a troubleshoot. Our technician diagnoses the exact problem and gives you a written quote for the repair. The RM80 covers the diagnostic visit — any parts or further work is quoted separately before we proceed.
Most common issues diagnosed during troubleshoot:
- Low refrigerant (gas top-up needed)
- Faulty capacitor
- Dirty coil causing ice build-up
- Compressor fault
- Wiring or PCB issue
Capacitor Replacement — RM100–RM150
Capacitors are one of the most common aircon failures in Malaysia, especially during hot weather. A failed capacitor usually causes the outdoor compressor to hum but not start, or the fan to spin slowly.

When the distance between your indoor and outdoor unit requires more than the 6 feet included:
